If you are purchasing items from our Wishes4Pets website, you are also accepting terms of purchase which means you are agreeing to the refund policy outlined below:
Wishes4Pets will only accept returns or refunds for purchases on items you purchased through our website and not from other vendors claiming to be selling our products.
If there is an issue with a product on our site, please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and she will address the issue with you directly. If you still wish to return your item after this discussion, the item needs to be unopened or damaged and within 30 days of purchase. Wishes4Pets does not cover return shipping costs.
Here is our Return Process:
1) Email Drbarb@wishes4pets.org as soon as you want to return your item – it must be unopened and not damaged in any way within 30 days. We will send you the return address for the product and request the tracking number for your item so we know when it will arrive at our facility.
2) We will examine the condition of the item once in house and will issue a refund for the unopened item and email you a confirmation it was received. Please allow 7-10 days for a refund to post back to your credit card.
Wishes4Pets – Shipping procedures in the USA (sorry no international shipping at this time).
Your support of Wishes4Pets means the world to us. We will ship your item within 5-7 business days (we do not ship on the weekends). Typically, we use USPS either Priority or First Class to ship your item and regular shipping rates will apply.
Wishes4Pets does not assume any liability for weather delays or delays in product service providers or missed or stolen packages. Our goal is to get the item into your hands as smoothly as possible. If you are having an issue with an item arriving please always reach out to us at email@example.com.

We will send you an email and tracking number once your order is processed and on its way. Then the excitement can begin! Reach out if any issues along the way.
Problems with items
Once in while, circumstances out of our control can lead to damaged items. Please do reach out immediately if this happens. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure your info is accurate!
When ordering, make sure your mailing address is complete and correct. Wishes4Pets is not responsible for items not arriving due to incorrect address info. If a tracking order delivers to the incorrect address, we may not always be able to reship or fix this issue. Double check your info!
